I established my appraisal business in 1988. I had great success right out of the gate because of my association with the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers. It did not take any time at all for me to become widely respected by banks and other businesses that needed appraisals. I soon learned that being qualified and not just opinionated is the secret ingredient to success as a Certified Appraiser.
